With a project as big as a new seven story tower addition, Genesis Health Systems is in for an exciting ride. Although expansion/construction projects can be exciting, they also present a unique set of challenges.

Enter our local representative, Matt Burke, who along with members of the Atlanta team met with the team at Genesis on multiple occasions to discuss the advantages of the INNERFACE Design+Build approach to project delivery.  With the end results being cost and time savings for the project, along with a single point of accountability for all aspects of the campus wayfinding and identification master plan development and implementation.

Our scope of work will extend beyond the seven story tower addition and will include integration of the new construction with a campus master wayfinding and identification plan. With a focus on the patient and visitor experience, we will work with the Genesis project team to develop a complete transition plan for the new campus configuration.  This will include temporary signage and supplemental wayfinding tools to help guide patient and visitors during construction.

Partnering with the Genesis team along with project architects, interior designers and landscape planners enables us to deliver an effective campus master wayfinding and identification plan on time and within budget.

It has been reported that the Genesis addition is one of the largest in the mid-west and INNERFACE is proud to partner with  Genesis in creating an environment that meets the growing needs of the community and best serves their needs.
