"The original building was built in 1951 and we've been building ever since" said Vickie Dixon, Materials Management director.

Three to four years ago, PCRMC built another wing on the building. At the time of that project, hospital administrators wanted a uniform signage system.

For Innerface's presentation, INNERFACE/CEO President Jim McWilliams personally went to PCRMC to make the presentation to the committee.

Dixon said "That really made an impression on us. He said, If you're not satisfied with what you're getting here, we'll get it right. We just knew that this was a company that would stand behind its work."

"Usually we see a sales rep, but the fact that the president came made us really realize that INNERFACE was the right choice."

Exterior signage was first and the Phelps team was very impressed with the design INNERFACE came up with. The design incorporated Architectural elements of the building.

About INNERFACE's Sales Consultant:

"Karen is really quick to return calls, quick to drop anything she's doing to come out and help us. They've been a good working partner."

PCRMC is currently in the process of building a medical office building and plans to use INNERFACE for the project.

Karen said, "I love working with the customers directly. And there are not a lot of airs that we put on here. INNERFACE is not an aloof company at all. We really are easy to deal with and that's because we love working with customers".
